TERMS OF SALE: Please check the above specifications thoroughly and advise us immediately if you find them incomplete or incorrect. These are special order goods and no returns, exchanges, refunds, additions, deletions or cancellations are NOT authorized once the order is at the factory and in production.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: A service charge of 1-1/2% per month (18% per annum) will be charged on all past due accounts. All past due accounts are subject to an additional service charge of $25.00 per month. In the event that it shall become necessary to collect the herein described sums, or any part thereof, the purchaser agrees to pay all collection costs including reasonable attorney fees and all court costs. |

FOB Factory: "Tailgate Delivery" means the driver will bring your products(s) to his tailgate and you are responsible for unloading. |

FREIGHT CLAIMS: Shortages, Damaged or Concealed-Damaged Freight. Note on your BOL (Bill-Of-Lading) and give it to the driver. Open all cartons and check your order for Concealed Damages. Report immediately to us any discrepancies. FCC regulations require claims be made within 7 days. Tell us and we'll take care of it. |
